Terms and Conditions
Project Brief
Before beginning any creative project, the client must provide a clear and detailed brief outlining their desired outcomes. This should include inspiration images, references, and any other relevant information that will guide the design process.
Scope of Work and Adjustments
Creative collaborations are inherently dynamic, and the scope of the project may evolve as new ideas develop. If the scope expands, or if there are changes to the deliverables or services, renegotiation of terms may be necessary. Additional charges may apply for scope changes outside of the agreed brief.
Revisions
All quotes include up to two rounds of revisions to the selected design concept. After the final approval of the artwork and delivery of files, any further changes will incur an additional fee of $100 per hour.
Proofing
Once the initial design concept is created, the client will be provided with a proof for review. The client is responsible for thoroughly reviewing the proof and providing any feedback or revisions within the agreed timeframe. Any errors or issues not raised during the proofing process will not be addressed in later stages unless additional changes are requested, in which case, additional fees may apply.
Final approval of the proof is required before the design can proceed to the next stage. Once approval is given, no further revisions or alterations to the proof will be accepted without additional charges.
Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Final deliverables will only be provided once the full balance has been paid. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
If design files are misplaced and need to be resent, a fee of $30 will apply.
Payment Schedule
As outlined in the agreement, payments will be made in three stages:
Initial Payment – 50% deposit before the project begins.
Mid-Project Payment – A portion of the project cost at the halfway point.
Final Payment – Remaining balance upon project completion and before final delivery.
The client must settle each stage of payment before the corresponding stage of work or deliverables is provided.
Pricing and Currency
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The applicable price for purchased products or services is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
